I have paid, but my payment is still pending?

When you pay online, all payments have to be manually approved by the billing team, to stop spam and fraud orders. This normally takes 2-3 hours.

If you have used Direct Bank Transfer (EFT) after you have received our invoice, please let us know via email otherwise you may get repeated invoices even after your EFT. Our system will eventually will pickup your EFT and will stop sending invoices for the same invoice number.
