How can I Update my domain Contact Details

Overview

The Admin Panel allows your to maintain your account information, we use this information to contact and authenticate you therefore it is important that you keep it up to date.

Instructions


How to update your contact details

  1. Login to The Console Admin Panel.
  2. Select My Contact Details located within your Account Reference in the top menu.
  3. Update your account details by updating the available fields.
  4. Click Modify.

How to update your contact details via form

  1. Download one of the following forms:
  2. Send the completed form to us via one of the following methods:
    1. Fax to 02 8580 6251;
    2. Email: support@tppwholesale.com.au; or
    3. Post:

More Information


All forms  must be accompanied by a legal company letterhead, signed by an authorised representative for the account holder company/business. Domains registered by a sole trader must include a Photo ID.

Please allow for up to 2 business days (plus postal time) for your contact information to be changed.
