iPhone E-Mail Settings

This is not a tutorial on how to setup an email account but to show what your settings should be to get your iPhone email working correctly with the servers.

Go to your iPhone Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars

Then go to the account in question, in this example everywhere it is written youremail@yourdomain.com.au should be your email account.

Make sure your setting are the same as below.

Obvious things to mention...

·         Your name will be in Name field

·         youremail@yourdomain.com.au will be your email account

·         mail.yourdomain.com.au will be mail.whatever-your-domain-is.com.au

Now go to the Outgoing Mail Server > SMTP settings

Make sure your setting are the same as below.

·         youremail@yourdomain.com.au will be your email account

·         mail.yourdomain.com.au will be mail.whatever-your-domain-is.com.au

Now go back to Outgoing Mail Server > Advanced

Make sure your setting are the same as below.

NOTE: If the server settings do not work with mail.yourdomain.com.au then try replacing with one our servers (without the mail. Prefix)  cypress.nocdirect.com
